Hello, welcome to  Double Takes Photography!  I am so glad that you stopped by!  Allow me to introduce myself.   I am Stacy Hoot, wife to the love of my life, Aaron. We live on the Cumberland River in picturesque Riddleton, TN. We have been blessed with 9 beautiful children, 5 bonus daughters and 4 beautiful grandchildren in our 38 wonderful years of marriage.

Aaron is such a great help to my photography. He is behind all the great lenses and cameras. He does all the research and is my greatest encourager.

Our two daughters Katelyn and Emily along with our daughter in law Kierra, make up our team.  There will usually always be two of us capturing most sessions.  

 
My love for photography began when I was young. My grandmother and mother both captured so many precious family moments and memories over the years using old Poloroid, 110 and 35mm film cameras.  I spent countless hours looking through albums filled with old black and white and color photos of special moments that documented the history of our family.   Needless to say, my passion is freezing moments in time that you can visit over and over again.
